I have no idea how
this one started out, but I just kept playing something like
this every time I picked up the guitar. There are endless
variations of it and I hope to flesh it out some more later
on.
When I installed Windows XP,
the backtrack for this song played as I was configuring my
first run. I searched all over my hard disk until I found
it, then I played something on top of it.
Me and Enam were
fooling around with the connections from Majid's amp to try
and get a decent line out. We plugged Majid's strat with my
pedal, and this baby was born. Enam told me later that people
on forums asked him how we got the Santana sound!
For some reason we weren't playing
anything good that day, so we just laid back for a bit and
Enam started playing this rhythm. So I picked up my guitar
and played along. Neither of us knew in advance what the other
guy was gonna play, but somehow the lead and rhythm matched
each other perfectly.
Another accidental success, I
think we did this on the same day we did Blue Skies. It was
weird. When we tried to play, nothing came out, but when we
just fooled around, voala!

At My Worst.
Here are a few things that I've recorded. The quality
isn't very good and most of them are single takes. So they're not very thought
out and they also contain mistakes.
When I get my effects processor working again I'll
make time for some serious recording sessions. But until then, here you go!
